Thank you for using our shearing equipment, installation before use, please be sure to read the electronic control system manual. This system consists of PLC, HMI (human machine interface) and peripheral switch button and contactor components, stable performance, simple operation, see appendix for the connection diagram.

●操作注意事项：Operating considerations:

1. 安装时，务必切断电源。When installation, must cut off power supply.

2. 请检查控制柜内部接线是否有运输等原因导致的接线端子松动。Please check whether the internal wiring of control cabinet has the reasons such as transportation terminal is loose.

3. 非人员请勿随意修改内部线路，以免发生危险。Non-professional workers do not modify the internal circuit in order to avoid danger

4. 请务必以三级标准接地。. Please be sure to level 3 standard ground.

5. 机器运作时，切勿用手触摸滚动部件，如滚轮、链轮等

When the machine operation, do not touch scroll parts, such as roller, sprocket, etc

6. 调试剪切、冲模时切记关闭油泵电机，禁止把手伸入剪切、冲模之间，以免造成重大人身伤害。

Remember to close the oil pump motor when debugging shear, punching die, absolutely forbidden hand between the shearing and punching die, lest cause major injury.

7．调试剪切冲模时不准用硬物敲击剪切刀片，以免造成机件损

         Debugging shear dies are not allowed to use hard objects on shear blade, lest cause damage to the parts.

8．设备上安装的行程开关，触摸屏等外露电器元件切勿敲击，并防止受潮。

         Trip switch, touch screen devices are installed on the exposed electrical components such as do not knock,                  

and to prevent to be affected with damp be affected with damp.

9．设备使用前应在液压泵站加注46#抗磨液压油50公斤，以后每隔半年检查。

          Before using the equipment should be inject 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pump station

 50 kg, check once every six months later.

10．设备使用场地进线电源切勿有电焊等断续性，高频性设备使用，否则会造成设备连续性故障报警。

         Equipment used in power do not has the outline of such as welding, high frequency equipment use,                             

otherwise it will cause continuity fault alarm equipment.
