LWB-结构 Structure

龙威轴承滚针保持架组件分单列和双列两种系列。当在曲轴类场合使用安装出现困难时，可以提供剖分式结构。

一般情况下采用M型冲压保持架，还有金属实体保持架，玻璃纤维增强尼龙66保持架。玻璃纤维增强尼龙66保持架可在120℃下工作，短期可到150℃。

LWB-Needle retainer assembly is divided into two series：single row and double row. In the case of crank shaft where difficulty of using and mounting occur, LWB will supply the divide structure.

In general case, M type punched retainer is used, besides, there are metal solid retainer, fiber glass reinforced nylon 66 retainer. The latter can work under the temperature of 120 ℃ for a long period while it can even operate under 150℃ for short time.

龙威滚针和保持架组件[1] (滚针轴承)是一种独立的滚动元件，其保持架的两引导面间距宽广，既能精确引导滚针，又可保持滚针的正确位置。该类轴承适用于轴和座孔可作为滚道的场合，只须将轴和轴承座孔滚道加工至规定的尺寸精度和几何精度，即可确保小空间的高旋转精度。

LWB-K Needle roller and cage assemblies are supplied with G2 quality class rollers according to DIN ,and every cage is filled with the same class of rollers.

Class of quality is marked on every box---LWB-K Needle roller standard.

When the needle roller and cage assemblies belongs to a standard class ,their applications are normal ;for special cases when clearance has to be differernt, a more favorable class of rollers must be chosen.
