1.KP-T201使用于板件需要转向的地方,它可以选择90°或180°. 动作所需时间约为6 sec/pcs,若增加产能,须考虑加装加速段,以减小板间距.  

KP-T201 is used for panel rotating. You can rotate by 90°or 180°with approximately cycle time be concerned to reduce the gap distance of 6 sec/pcs. Additional acceleration conveyor

2.转向机构以马达作带动,配合之制动机构,使转向动作更顺畅,更准确.    

Arising movement is operated by motor The special design for the control device makes the Smooth turning and precise centering.

3.圆盤使用大面积之铝合金片,板件接触面积大无偏移之顾虑,故勿需加装上压机构,避免增加板件表面受力.

The big area of aluminum round rotate plate holds the whole panel. The four angles of the panel Will not fall anymore. Not to install the upper mechanism .It will avoid the damage of the panel.
