结构特点Structural Features

*          导纸方式采用风力吸附，保持瓦楞楞型的稳定。

*          This machine adopts the wind adsorption to keep the stability of flutes.

*          由风机通过真空箱将瓦楞纸吸附在中瓦楞辊180度范围内形成负压区，来完成瓦楞的轧制。

*          The corrugated paper is adsorbed to the middle corrugated roller to form a negative pressure zone of 180°and then to finish the rolling of corrugation through the vacuum box by fan.

*          下瓦楞辊吸风槽宽不超过2.6mm，可减免单面瓦楞纸板条纹痕迹。

*          The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2.6mm, able to reduce the stripe mark on single side corrugated cardboard.

*          该机器采用链条传动。

*          The machine adopts chain transmission.

*          采用自动循环供胶，气动上胶及复位，具有缓冲效果。

*          This machine adopts auto-cycle glue supply and pneumatic control glue supply and return, making it be characterized by buffering effect.

*          上胶辊表面经过特殊网纹刻花及镀铬处理。

*          上下瓦楞辊采用48CrMo合金钢制造，经过热处理，硬度在HRC58－62°表面经研磨，并进行镀铬处理。The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel. After heat-treatment, the hardness can be up to surface is grinded and chrome plated．
