该生产线由转台式理瓶机、定灌装机、理盖机、旋盖机、独立单元组成，各个单元都配有独立控制器系统。生产线自动完理瓶进瓶，灌装，理盖加盖，旋盖，自动送出一系列功能。灌装机也可选配CIP自动清洗系统及人机界面，适合中小型企自动化生产。
