真空食品包装机、麻辣食品包装机、全自动热收缩包、食品包装

 本机是目前国内食品行，全自动真空包装，一家由我公司自主研发生产的包装机，改变了传统的手工装袋，使产品更加环保卫生，大大的提高了工作效力，降低成本，节省人工（每条线在原有手工包装的础上，可节省10--15人）整机由PLC系统控制，速度可调，性能稳定，运行安全可靠，QS要求。

并且该系列全自动包装机可根据客户需求，在抽真空的础上，可以充氮气或混合气体进行包装。

设备特点：

1. 设备绝大部分零件均采用铝或不锈钢制造，GMP/QS认。
2. 采用伺服电机驱动和链条夹持组成牵引装置，行程可任意调节。
3. 良好的电器配置确保设备运行的可靠性。设备的控制系统、伺服驱动系统、电气系统等采用知名。
4. 配置光电对版装置，保包装图案准确。同时可配备自动喷码、打码系统。
5. 横切采用滚切方式，成品切线准确。
6. 本机采用德国机械结构技术，便于加料，分体式结构便于安装
