GS-906简易操作顺序及说明

1．   材料线设定：

固定座置放材料，手动阀On
(No.1)夹住材料，材料下缘与模具同高或略高0-0.1mm.

2.送料时间设定

冲床：355°，送料机：送料至0（按冲床运转方向，转动皮带轮，把副尺移却至本尺0对齐）。

3.调整料厚：

A．送料机之设定：手动阀Off(No.2),料厚指示环向左旋转旋紧之0为0.

B.人工调整：（1）.移动座于上死点（0°），手动阀On（No.1）,材料松紧之间，向左旋0.05mm并固定之。

（2）.固定座于上死点（180°）不放松，手动阀On（No.1）,材料松紧之间，向左旋0.05mm并固定之。

4.送距调整：

A.冲床时间：90°（送料终点）。

B.松开M16螺母，以T型扳手调整至所需尺寸，并固定M16螺母。注：送距不稳定时，请留意送距调整螺丝固定环是否松动。

5.放松点设定：

A.时机：送料完成后，遵梢于材料。

B.松开放松凸轮之M8螺丝，调整放松线使其对准放松点，固定M8螺丝即可。

simple sequence of operations and description

1. Material line set

     Place materials in holder, manual
valve On (No.1) grip material, make material bottom align with the mold or slightly higher than 0-0.1mm

2 feeding time setting

   When power press is 355 °, Feeding:
Feeding to 0 (in the direction of press operation, turn the pulley, the deputy
ruler has moved to align the scale 0).

3 Adjust material thickness

   A. Feeder of the setting: Manual
Valve Off (No.2), Counterclockwise rotate indicator ring of mterial thickness
to “0”.

   B. manual adjustments:

(1) Move the seat at the top
ition (0 °), manual valve On (No.1), turn 0.05mm in counterclockwise and
fixed it.

(2) bracket at top ition (180 °) and do not relax, manual valve On (No.1), turn
0.05mm in counterclockwise and fixed it.

4. Feeding
pitch adjustment:

A. Press Time: 90 ° (feed end).

B. Loosen the M16 nut with T-wrench to adjust to the setting length, and fix
M16 nut. Note: If the feeding pitch is unstable, please pay attention to
adjustable screw loose or not.

5. Loose settings:

A. time: when finish feeding, follow pin in the material.

B. Loosen the screws M8 cam, adjust the line so it is on relax, fixation M8
screws.
