利用3DCT-200拍照抄数机快速的采集数据点,大约需要5秒可采集好一张画幅为200*150MM的密集点云,点云间距为0.15MM(可根据实际需要调节点云间距大小,小可设置到0.09MM)

拍照时软件会自动识别并显示出贴在工件上的标示点,再自动拼接成整体.

在抄数过程中,抄数机和工件都是可以随意的移动变换角度,拍照灵活度很高,抄数的点云本上可以做到没有死角.

点云稍加处理可生成数控设备可识别的STL网格文件,再利用网格面编制路直接加工.或是利用网格面生成NURBS曲面,转到其它CAD软件中编辑.

整个过程非常的方便,可省去传统方法中繁琐而漫长的建模过程,并能完整的保留工件的细小特征.
