【户外健身器材材说明】

1、 立柱：

立柱采用Ø114mm，壁厚为2.2mm钢管（管材均BS1387-1985标准要求，技术标准BS1387-1985要求），焊接采用氩弧焊及CO₂气体保护焊（GB/T8810-1995要求），整体加工成型后经技术人员进行热镀锌及抛砂处理，表面再喷涂户外环保聚酯珠光粉末，高温固化，表面光滑，抗紫外光能力强，彩鲜艳，不易脱落，耐腐蚀；喷涂设备采用计算机控制的韩国进口静电粉末喷涂装置，粉末回收采用小旋风和进口滤心，，无污染。

2、 铁件：

采用Ø60mm、Ø48mm、Ø38mm、Ø32mm、Ø28mm，壁厚为2.5mm钢管（管材均BS1387-1985标准要求，技术标准BS1387-1985要求），焊接采用氩弧焊及CO₂气体保护焊（GB/T8810-1995要求），整体加工成型后经技术人员进行抛砂处理，表面再喷涂户外环保聚酯珠光粉末，高温固化，表面光滑，抗紫外光能力强，彩鲜艳，不易脱落，耐腐蚀；喷涂设备采用计算机控制的进口静电粉末喷涂装置，粉末回收采用小旋风和进口滤心，，无污染。

3、配件：

扣件采用高强度铝合金性铸造成形，边角圆滑，进行抛砂处理后，表面喷涂户外环保聚酯粉末，高温固化，表面光滑，抗紫外光能力强，彩鲜艳，不易脱落，耐腐蚀；喷涂设备采用计算机控制的韩国进口静电粉末喷涂装置，粉末回收采用小旋风和进口滤心，，无污染。所有螺丝均为不锈钢316号材（GB/T1221-1992精度标准要求）。

4、包装：里面采用保护膜，外加气薄膜。

The stand column use steel of Ø114mm and the 2.2mm of thickness which is compliance with the requirements of BS1387-1985 and BS1387-1987 standard .We use the argon arc welding and CO₂Gas Shielded Welding which is compliance with the requirements of GB/T8810-1995 Standard. When the molding finished , it would be hot galvanizing and slinging ,and then be painted with outdoor eco-friendly polyester pearly-lustre powder ,through high temperature solidified . The surface is smooth and greatly in anti-UV light , also with bright color that not easy to drop and rust . We also use computer-controled Korean static powder spaying equipment which is high effeciency and non-pollution.

other iron parts

The surface is smooth and greatly in anti-UV light , also with bright color that not easy to drop and rust . We also use computer-controled Korean static powder spaying equipment which is high effeciency and non-pollution.

All screws is made of Stainless steel No.316 which is compliance with the requirements of GB/T1221-1992 Precision Standard.

4. Package : Protective film inside ,PP air film outside.
