三区铝棒加热炉

铝棒炉主要用于供铝棒预热使用。种类较多，从加热方式分有电加热、燃油、燃气、燃煤等；

                                        从结构分有单排炉、双排炉和快速喷射加热炉；

其中经三区铝棒加热处理过的铝棒还具有半均效果。

特征：

1、连续生产时，铝棒温差：±8℃。

2、炉壁内填充有热气绝缘材料，保温效果佳。

3、高效节能（连续生产燃耗：30-35kg/）。

4、采用摆线链条输送铝棒，兼具省力及安全性。

5、生产能力可根据客户需要另行设计。

Three-zone Aluminum Heating Furnace 

This equipment is mainly used to preheat various aluminum bars, which can be divided into electric heating, fuel oil and gas types in terms of heating mode. It can also be divided into single furnace, dual furnace and quick spray heating furnace in terms of its structure. The three-zone aluminum bar subjecting to heat treatment has semi-isotropic effect.  

1，The furnace wall is filled with hot air insulating material of excellent thermal insulation effect.

2. High efficiency of energy conservation (burn-up for continuous production: 30-35kg/)

3. It adopts the cycloid chain feeding aluminum bar characterized by its laborsaving performance and safety.
