ZHS弧形筛

ZHS弧形筛，以一定压力输送过来的纸浆首先通过弧形筛的顶部进浆口进入布浆唇板，在该处浆料被加速后沿切向进入圆弧形过滤区，在该区域内，浆料受到离心力的作用而被反复脱水后再在重力的作用下进入出浆口而排出设备外，过滤的废水通过废水排出口排出。它具有结构简单，占地面积小、处理能力大，而且几乎没有动力消耗的点。

ZHS  arc screen works like this : The pulp transmitted under a certain degree of pressure enters the slice of the flow spreader through the pulp inlet at the top of the arc screen .The pulp stock is accelerated in this area and after the accelaration , the pulp stock moves along the tangential line and enters the arc screen filtering area .In this area , the pulp stock is dehydrated repeatedly under the action of centrifugal force and discharged out of the equipment under the effect of gravitation .The filtered waste water is discharge from waste water outlet .It has the advantages of compact structure , less occupying space ,big treatment capacity and almost no power consumption .
