KW SeriesOil separator

油分离器能够将油从制冷剂中分离，以获得更大的的制冷能力并节约能。从压缩机来的制冷剂和油的混合物进入油分离器的进口，流过一个过滤器和档板装置，使油的细粒聚集并跌落到油分离器的底部，制冷剂气体通过出口过滤器将残余的油粒分离，并在"无油"状态进入冷凝器。分离下来的油聚集在油分离器的底部，在该处的一个由浮球操作的形阀开启，让油回压缩机中。由于油分离器中的压力比曲轴箱的压力要高，因此油很快返回到压缩机中。由于油分离器中的压力比曲轴箱的压力要高，因此油很快返回到压缩机中。当油位下降，形阀将关闭以防止高温制冷剂气体返回到压缩机。

The oil separator is capable of separating oil from the refrigerating gas mixture so as to improve the performance of refrigerating air conditioning systen and save mixture of the refrigerant and oil of the compressor enter  the inlet of the oil separator ,and flow through a filter and a baffle unit to make oil particles aggregate and drop to the bottom of the oil oil refriegerant gas goes  through the outlet,and after the filter separaters the remaining oil particles,the gas enters the condenser under oil-less state,.The oil of the refrigerant aggregate at the bottom of the oil separator ,and a needle valve operated by a floating ball  is opened to let the oil return to the the pressure of the oil separator is higher than the pressure of the crankcase,the oil can quickly return to the compressor .When the oil level drops,the needle valve is closed to prevent the refrigerant gas from returing to the compressor.
