出口级高品801胶粉说明

      出口级高品801胶粉是由纯QW-L型超浓缩胶粉组成。QW-L型超浓缩胶粉（俗称固体801胶水）是本公司自主研发的第三代用于内墙腻子的速溶性浓缩胶粉。代胶粉配制的胶水用于腻子必须加入20~25%重的灰钙粉，但碱性太强，不仅油工施用会手，而且墙面易泛黄。第二代胶粉配制的胶水用于腻子必须加一些白水泥，但水泥收缩性强容易龟裂，油工很难控制。第三代胶粉（QW-L型超浓缩胶粉）配制的胶水用于腻子只需双飞粉，其它都不需要。QW-L型超浓缩胶粉即时配成胶水和双飞粉搅拌成靛子其经国家化学建材监督检验中心测试合格，并且粘结力远大于国家相关标准，而且是无醛、无害、无产品。绿、环保、安全、健康装修的潮流，是集腻子粉和液体胶水之精华，是建筑装饰公司和老百姓家装追求的理想产品。本胶粉是建筑801、901等胶水的升级换代产品。

甲醛致癌、丙烯酰有已被卫生组织确认

 使用QW-L型超浓缩胶粉： 操作方便，1、在施工现场，可直接配制所需胶水。2、配送轻便，每袋500克取代一桶20公斤胶水。3、施工方便，配成靛子批墙滑爽特别省力； 保，所批墙面细腻平整，24小时后手磨不掉粉、日久不会龟裂；省料省钱。使用本胶粉，不仅节省了大搬运费，而且免加白水泥、灰钙粉、熟胶粉、纤维素等一切辅料，节约成本。

一、配制无醛胶水（胶粉:水=1:40）：1、取一个20升桶，加入18～20公斤清水。（或先加大半桶水，配成胶水后将水加满，搅拌。）2、将电动搅拌的头露出水面一点点并启动，在快速搅拌下，将一包QW-L型超浓缩胶粉（俗称固体801胶水）剪一口子，并抖动包装袋子，使胶粉快速均匀散落在水中，使其溶解，然后停等3分钟、再搅拌2至5分钟，即配成无醛胶水。

二、内墙腻子配比：胶水：双飞粉＝1：2.2～2.5如：在20升桶内，加以上配制的胶水9公斤、双飞粉（或滑石粉）20公斤左右，快速搅拌3～5分钟，使其充分均匀，可用于批墙。若停顿10分后再搅拌一下，则批刮起来更加方便省力。

四、配制界面剂：只要将适的水泥和少细砂加入上述配制的胶水中搅拌即成界面剂。

三、请注意：1、免加熟胶粉、纤维素、白水泥、灰钙粉等一切辅料。2、为了确保，每包胶粉配20公斤清水。3、为了避免结块，必须在电动器先搅拌下，再加胶粉。本胶粉还可用于保温砂浆、腻子膏、耐水腻子、外墙腻子、替代涂料乳液等。(若只用于批刮水泥，则胶水可配制为：胶粉：水=1：70）

本胶粉已被多家大型装饰公司选用，并跨越大洋，应用在海外工程项目和援外项目上，在安哥拉等国使用已达岁。

（一）以拌90公斤干粉为例：

传统型：801胶水      1桶×68=68元

熟胶粉       1包×12=12元

双飞粉       80公斤×0.18=14.4元

2、实际使用一般如下：

传统方法：先将一包熟胶粉泡一桶水（16-18升），然后将一桶801胶水和上述已泡的液体混合均匀后使用。

创新方法：

一包QW-L型超浓缩胶粉在搅拌下加入一桶（20升）水中，即成胶水使用。

3、甲醛超标的801胶水大桶装，运到安哥拉成本也远大于采用胶粉。

4、采用达到和本胶粉同靛子粉成本则更高。

QW-L Type Super InspissatedGelatine Powder

QW-L type super inspissated gelatine powder (also known as 801 glue) is the Third Generation product independently developed by ourpany to be used to forminterior wallputty. It only needs ground calcium carbonate to form the putty. The Third Generation product is tested to be qualified by National Chemical Construction Quality Supervision and Checking Center. Free from aldehyde and non-poisonous, its cohesive force is far stronger above the national standard. It has advantages over both putty powder and liquid glue, which goes with the tide of green, environmentally friendly life style, and safe and healthy decoration trend. It is the desired product for architecturepanies, decoration firms and anyone who wants ideal home decoration.

Convenient Operation,

A.The glue needed can be directly made up at the job site.

B.It is convenient to deliver because a bag of 500g powder now takes the place of a barrel of 20 kilograms glue.

C.It is also convenient to do the construction work for the formed putty powder is easy and good to use.

Guaranteed Quality

After applying,the wall will be quite flat and smooth. The powder will not fall when grinding after 24 hours and it can preserve well and not crack for a long time.

Economical onexpense( both in material and other costs)

Only ground calcium carbonateis needed, which means no white cement, no cooked emulsionpowderand no cellulose are needed. Additionally, it saves a lot of cartage.

 Preparations

Ⅰ. The preparation of aldehyde free glue.

A.Prepare a barrel with a capability of 20 litres, pour about 18 to 20 kilograms water to it (or more than a half barrel of water can be poured into the container and the water should be added to full after the formation of glue, then stir well).

B.Make sure the head of electric stirrer is a little above the water and turn it on. Then cut an opening in the bag of QW-L type super inspissated gelatine powder. In the process of quick stirring, the gelatinepowdershould be quickly and evenly poured into the water with the shaking of the bag package. It will dissolve. Then wait for about 3 minutes and stir it again for about 2 to 5 minutes. The aldehyde free glue is made in this way. 

Ⅱ. The proportion of ingredients in makinginterior wallputty.

The proportion of glue to ground calcium carbonate is 1 to (from 2.2 to 2.5).

For example, 9 kilograms glue made in the stepⅠand20 kilograms ground calcium carbonate (or talcum powder) are put together into the barrel with a capability of 20 litres. In order to make it well-proportioned, it should be stirred for about 3 to 5 minutes. If it is stirred again after a 10 minutes break, it will be much better to use in the work. (A bag of gelatine powder is used with about 45 kilograms ground calcium carbonate in makinginterior wallputty) 

Ⅲ. Attention Points.

A.No white cement, no cooked emulsionpowder, no cellulose and no such supplementary materials are needed.

B.In order to make sure it always has a good quality, each bag of gelatine powder should be used with 18 to 20 kilograms water. Never add too much water.

C.To avoid agglomeration, an electric stirrer is a necessity, and the stirrer should be turned on before the gelatine powder is evenly poured in. This powder can also be used in thermal insulation mortar, surfactant, water resistant putty, exterior wall putty and so on. It has not only been chosen by many architecture project groups and large-scale decoration firms, but also been applied in the foreign aid projects and international engineering projects.
