包芯纱装置Spandex core-spun device
我公司是国内生产弹力包芯纱装置企，该装置用于纺制棉及棉型化纤氨纶包芯纱，纱支可达10s-60s，包芯纱纺制原理：氨纶丝经粗纱架上退绕罗拉积极退绕，氨纶丝经导丝轮，从前中罗拉浮游区适当位置喂入，氨纶丝与棉在三角区加拈成纱。前罗拉链轮带动过桥轮，经变换齿轮调整牵伸倍数，传动氨纶退绕罗拉，使前罗拉与氨纶退绕罗拉在一定牵伸比下同步运行。
Our company is a professional manufacturer of spandex core-spun device,which is used for spinning cotton and cotton chemical fiber spandex covering yarn,yarn size can reach to 10s-60s,spinning principle of covering yarn spandex is unwinded through unwinding roller on roving creel,then pass through godet r0ller,it will be fed in on triangle area,Front roller sprocket wheel drive the bridge wheel,adjust the drafting multiple through gear changing,and drive spandex unwinding roller,making the front roller and spandex unwinding roller run synchronically under certain drafting ratio. |
