Shipping Info:If unit has shipping charges or states FREE shipping, it is to thelower 48 states ONLY. If item lists Canada/International shipping, it does not include customs. ***Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. ***Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Same day Shipping:If item states SAME DAY SHIPPING, it will ship if payment is madeand processed by 12 NOON EST 99.9% of the time Monday-Friday, no Saturdays/Sundays or holidays. We do however check our completed auctions all day and ship items as fast as sible. If you want faster shipping, call us,  UPS picks up daily and we do offer next day air, 2 day and 3 day select. 513-360-4262.

Shipping Damages:We cannot control UPS damage. We handle claims immediately but cannot replace the unit until the damaged unit is returned withALLthe parts in the original condition.  Please dont rob parts. If you want a replacement unit shipped immediately, we ask that you call with your credit card information and once the damaged unit is returned, we will credit your card.

Local Item Pickup:All of our units can be picked up at our warehouse, and no, we dont charge a FEE for that. Wed be glad to meet you. We are located at 57 North US Route 42, near the Route 73 intersection, Waynesville OH 45068.

International buyers are PayPal verified ONLY. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS are PAYPAL verified only.      InternationalPayPal must ship to address listed in transaction details, will ship UPS trackable delivery with signature only and extra insurance recommended at buyers expense. No exceptions. Unfortunatelyinternational USPShas no trackable information and may experience delays.
