二、机器的用途及性能MACHINE USAGE & FUNCTION

本机器适用于纤维和人造纤维为原料的绳索制造工，它能将一条加有一定张力的绳索倒成一捆排列规则、均匀的绳。

Rope winding machine is supply for material with natural fiber/rayon, which is suitable for rope processing industry. It winds certain tension rope to be arrangement rule and well-distributed.

三、机器的结构原理MACHINE STRUCTURE PRICIPLE

 本机是我厂的新产品，它具有结构紧凑，工效高，操作轻便，造型美观的特点，是我厂新式倒绳机。本机由收绳机构和排绳机构两部分组成。

This is the new product of our factory. It structures is tight, high efficiency, easy operation, pretty design, high-and-low rotating speed. No.2 rope winding machine consists of collecting rope mechanism and arraying rope mechanism two parts.

3．1   收绳：Collecting rope

通过蜗杆、蜗轮驱动收绳轮来卷绕绳索。

蜗轮箱内蜗轮轴上装有收绳轮和计数器，计算绳索的长度。伞形卷绳机构通过差速机构与被动齿轮轴联结在一起，差速的调整应以卷绕绳索为目的，不可太紧，以免收绳杆变形。

It winds rope through worm and collecting rope wheel of worm device.

Worm shaft of worm-gear box fixes collecting rope wheel and counter so that count rope length. Bevel winding mechanism connects with passive gear together through differential mechanism, differential adjustment should be according to winding rope as a goal, not much tension in avoid to collecting rope stick change.

3．2  排绳：Arraying Rope

绳索在排绳柱作用下，两个滑轮组绕柱子左、右灵活摆动，使绳索在捲绳轴形成有规则的排列。

Under arraying rope pillar function, two pieces of pulley block circles pillar to do left, right nimble swinging, which cause rope winds in regular arrangement.
