T5HO and T8 High Efficiency QUICKSTEP® Bi-Level systems are the latest innovative additions to the QUICKTRONIC® high performance ballast family that provides two power levels ( and 50%) with the flip of a switch. The new QUICKTRONIC Bi-Level series, known for exceptional performance are designed to replace conventional ballasts in A/B switching applications. They can be controlled by conventional wall-box switches and/or occupancy sensors.

T5HO QUICKSTEP Bi-Level Systems
The T5HO QUICKSTEP Bi-Level ballast is a high efficiency 54 watt T5HO ballast engineered to provide a lowered ballast factor of 0.80 with a 20 percent energy savings. The ballast has two light levels 96W at 0.80 BF and 52W at 0.40 BF.

T8 QUICKSTEP Bi-Level Systems
The T8 QUICKSTEP Bi-Level ballast is a member of SYLVANIAs High Efficiency series ballasts, meaning it is an energy saving electronic T8 ballast that saves an additional six percent over standard ballasts. This system has two light levels, 55W at 0.87 BF and 27W at 0.37 BF.

PROStart®
Both Bi-Level systems feature PROStart® Program Start Operation which are ideal for use with occupancy sensors or frequently switched applications.

Energy Code Compliant
These ballasts can be installed to function as a step-ballast reducing power upto 50 percent, thus meeting California Title 24, ASHRAE and EPACT energy requirements.
