有机亚麻籽油英文学名Organic flaxseed oil,是从亚麻科（Linaceae）植物油用亚麻Linum usitatissimumL成熟种籽中经过提取获得的欣奇典植物油系列产品。中医研究表明北部高寒地区所产的亚麻籽为好，亚麻籽油含有丰富的ａ－亚麻。欣奇典公司在河北张家口坝上地区沽源县建立了60万亩有机胡麻种植地，并且通过了有机种植认。由于该地区空气干燥，气候凉爽，日照时间长，昼夜温差大，空气清新，水源洁净，无工污染，病虫害少，为有机胡麻的种植提供了无可比拟的资源，使得该地区所产胡麻出油率高，纯度高，所含人体必需a-亚麻含高。

功能及营养成分 

有机亚麻籽油是α - 亚麻油含高的植物油（50%-70%），被称为液体黄金。α- 亚麻是Omega3系脂肪，是人体必需脂肪，终代谢产物EPA和DHA是组成神经细胞膜的重要成分，是人体不能合成需依靠食物来摄取的人体重要营养成份。α-亚麻在人体内变成二十碳五烯 (EPA) 和二十二碳 6 烯 (DHA) ，它是深海鱼油的主要成份，因此又叫植物深海鱼油。
