Utilising this extensive technical and processing experience, BMP has developed a range of high performance,abrasion and chemically resistant polyurethane squeegee blades specifically for the screen print industry. Solvent based ink systems are extremely aggressive to polyurethane elastomers, resulting in swelling, edge deterioration and lower in-service life cycles. BMP’s Viper squeegee blades have been developed from a hybrid cross linked polyurethane formulation that is highly resistant to UV and vinyl inks.
